Job DescriptionAs a Supervisor I, Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food. Your role will include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the food preparation, plating, and service for Food & Beverage operations, ensuring that quality standards are maintained consistently.Develop and maintain positive communication with both front and back-of-house staff to foster a supportive and team-oriented work environment.Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their performance and development.Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring proper storage of food items, equipment, and supplies.Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, always striving to provide exceptional guest experiences.Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices in accordance with local health department guidelines and company standards.Assist in the creation and implementation of sales promotions, special events, and marketing strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends, seasonal menu items, and local competitors to ensure the continued success and growth of the Food & Beverage operations.Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.Work ExperienceRequires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor.Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.Has 4 to 5 years of work experience.EducationHigh School Degree or equivalent is preferred.Combination of education and experience will be considered.CertificationsCertifications may be required or preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
