Supervisor De Centro De Distribución

We're looking for a leadership-focused Supervisor for our Fulfillment team.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics, commerce, or related field.- 3+ years in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or other relevant experience.- 3+ years of experience in leadership and supervision of personnel.- Coaching and project management skills.- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.- Advanced English.**Responsibilities**:- Trains, motivates, and coaches team being supervised.- Supervises all shipping, receiving, and order processing.- Manage, monitor, and organize all operational activities.- Develops on-going process improvements to drive departmental efficiency.- Forecasts staffing requirements to ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment and shipment of all customer orders.- Oversee and monitor inventory levels through proper inventory management and cycle count procedures.- Work cross-functionally with all departments to identify, develop and execute process improvements.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From $1.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What are your salary expectations?**Experience**:- Fulfillment: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
