.**Careers that Change Lives**El Lago siteIn this exciting role as a Configuration Assurance Supervisor, you will be part of our Core Quality Services Team supporting the Neuromodulation and CRM OUs for the implementation of a new PLM. You will lead a team of change analysts that will support day-to-day activities for the OUs that will include processing of Enovia Change Orders, provide data cleansing in source systems and/or supporting data conversions for the go-live of Windchill. You will work closely with the CQS CA Program Manager for Windchill Wave Implementations and the CQS CA Manager to ensure CRM and Neuromodulation are adequately supported.Core Quality Services (CQS) is an enterprise level function that looks to leverage Medtronic's scale in a shared service model for many Quality transactions. Being a 'trusted partner' means always putting patient safety first, upholding product quality, and maintaining the highest ethical standards in our business relationships and programs.**A Day in the Life**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Lead a team of Configuration Analysts ensuring day-to-day operational support, data cleansing and/or data migration needs for impacted OUs (CRM, Neuromodulation) are adequately addressed.Work with Program Management and Configuration Assurance Operations Management to establish priorities, resourcing and task assignments in support of the Operations and Product DNA ProgramResolve issues and manage risk, escalating as needed to Program Management and/or Config Assurance ManagementPrepares reports and/or necessary documentation and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.Actively communicate and collaborate with process owners, learners, managers, and other employees within the organization.Reviewing your team's performance measures.Developing, recognizing and rewarding both individual and group performanceMotivating, coaching and delegating as appropriate to develop a highly effective staffEmpower staff to improve work functions while maintaining standard work processes**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**Bachelor's degree with 3 years of work experience in Quality, Operations or regulated industry.Advanced English**Nice to Have**Previous Supervisory experienceExperience in Quality Systems Change Control Processes**About Medtronic**Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
