Is responsible of coordinate the Cycle Count process for all part numbers in the Plant.
Responsible of communicate the results and adjustments required to maintain the accuracy of the inventory.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 4- 5 years of experience on Warehouse and Cycle counts
- Experience coordinating Cycle counts / Knowledge on MRPs and Inventory control.
- English 70% or more preferred
- Strong leadership and analytical thinking
RESPOSABILITIES
- Classification of the inventory on ABCD category
- Schedule and develop an Annual Cycle Count program for ABCD items.
- Coordinate on a daily basis the team o Cycle counters to perform the counts.
- Analyze the variances and present for approval to Finance and Materials Manager
- and make the approved adjustments.
- Elaborate a pareto of causes.
- Present the corrective actions to eliminate the adjustments.
- Coordinate the Annual Physical inventory and the Daily or weekly cycle counts.
- Increase the accuracy of the inventory.
- Keep tracking of the actions and involve the team to complete the actions.
