**JOB SUMMARY
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop training plans to accomplish the goals established by Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality of each Business Unit.
- Provide training on the manufacturing process to the new hire personnel assigned to the manufacturing area.
- Keep updated records, data bases, badges and the training matrix
- Review process instructions for the continual improvement actions and changes in these processes.
- Evaluate thru samples, gage R&R and written tests the training given to the operators
- Coordinate the Cross Training of the Training and Production departments to ensure our customer's satisfaction
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
- Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company's business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
- Strong financial and analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
- Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes.
- Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
- Strong and convincing communication skills.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 to 3 years experience in Manufacturing/Production Training.
- Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
