Supervisor De Entrenamiento

Responsible to define and implement the annual training plans for all areas and departments.
Design and develop educational aids, material & training programs (outsourced and/or in-house), select appropriate training methods or activities simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes).
Responsible of training records required to manage legal requirements, audits and client evidence, among other related activities.
**REQUIREMENTS**- Proven work experience as a Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role (minimum 3 years).- BS degree in Industrial Engineering or related field- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- MS Office proficiency- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events- Technical skills to develop training material and advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools- Willingness to work toward company goals and within company policies and procedures- Proven ability to complete the training cycle (needs assessment, knowledge of individual and group methodologies, budgeting, planning, development, coordination, monitoring and evaluation) ISO 9000, 14001 and IATF, NOMs, knowledge and experience, managing audits- English skills advanced (80% minimum)- Proven experience in SIRCE and DCs formats- Experience in manual registration and specialized training softwareTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $30,000.00 al mesPrestaciones:- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: In person
