Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the manufacturing process, ensuring technical availability of equipment in all shifts. Fulfill Value Stream KPI's: IDC, FOR, Technical Downtime.New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation, and installation in the production environment. Develop processes and instructions, write training materials for technicians, and establish maintenance processes: preventive, predictive, and corrective.Qualifications:5+ years in mechanical process areaKnowledge of DMMs, VVTs, and technical specifications related to mechanical processesExperience with core tools (PFMEA, CP, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP)High knowledge of ESD standardsPreference for bilingual English-Spanish (75% proficiency)Strong teamwork interaction skillsKnowledge of problem-solving techniques (Shainin, 6 Sigma, PDCA, 8D)Able to deal with conflict and work under pressureAbility to interpret mechanical drawingsGood communication skillsWillingness to travelDegree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemistry, or Electromechanical Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
