Responsible to implement, maintain and improve the manufacturing process, ensuring technical availability of equipment in all shifts. Fulfil Value Stream KPI's: IDC, FOR, Technical Down time.New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation and installation in the production environment. Develop processes and instructions, write materials to train technicians, and create maintenance processes: Preventive, predictive, and corrective.Minimum Requirements:+ 5 Years in mechanical process areaKnowledge of DMMs, VVT's, and technical specifications by mechanical processExperience in core tools (PFMEA, CP, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP)High knowledge of ESD standardsPreference for bilingual English-Spanish 75%Strong teamwork interactionKnowledge of problem-solving techniques (Shainin, 6 Sigma, PDCA, 8D)Ability to deal with conflict and work under pressureMechanical drawings interpretationGood communication skillsWillingness to travelDegree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Industrial or Systems, Metallurgic, Chemistry, or Electromechanical engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
