Supervisor De Logística

We are seeking an organized and experienced Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and manage import/export activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Additionally, this role involves reporting to SAT, managing IMMEX inventories and discharges, and coordinating with our customs broker and transportation companies.Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.Report necessary information to SAT and manage IMMEX inventories and discharges.Submit and receive documents for import/export to and from the US.Work closely with our customs broker to ensure compliance and smooth operations.Coordinate with transportation companies to ensure timely deliveries and proper loading/unloading.Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.Lead and train warehouse staff.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics supervision.Experience with SAT reporting and IMMEX program.Bilingual in Spanish and English (B2 level minimum, C1 preferred).Strong organizational and leadership skills.Knowledge of warehouse software and logistics management.Job Type: Full-timePay: $730.98 - $1,838.26 per dayEducation:Bachelor's (Required)Experience:Import/Export: 2 years (Required)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
