**This position directly supervises Technical Business Support and or Production Maintenance employees in Repair and Maintenance Engineering. This role directly supervises engineering operations, preventative and corrective maintenance, and progress of work orders. Supports in the diagnoses of problems and maintains production equipment, may identify time lost due to malfunctions and develop recommendations for improvement.**
**Responsibilities**
- Directly supervise engineering operations related to building maintenance, machinery and equipment maintenance, and installation of new machinery and equipment for production set-up.
- Directly supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the organization's, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Supports in the diagnosis of problems, replace or repair parts, make adjustments, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure functional reliability.
- May research time lost due to equipment malfunctions and develop recommendations for improvement regarding procedures, systems, equipment, and / or technology.
- Directly supervise the progress of work orders and ensure timely completion.
**Requirements**:
- University degree.
- 5 years of experience in the area.
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge of PLC : Allen Bradley, Siemens.
- Robot maintenance and programming skills: ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa.
- Personnel Management.
- Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge.
- Resource management (self-management, planning, purchasing, tracking and reporting).
- Root cause analysis.
