Eaton's ES CRDS WD Wiring Devices division is currently seeking a Supervisor de Mantenimiento.**What you'll do**:**_ PRIMARY FUNCTION_**Plan and direct machinery and equipment Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities in cooperation with the Production Supervisor, Front Line Leaders, Materials Planners and Engineering team.**_ Job responsibilities_**- Manages and coordinates human resources to achieve the PM master plan and execute Corrective Maintenance activities.- Understands, promotes and adheres to the company's policy on Equal Opportunity and Diversity.- Leads Root cause analysis of recurring problems to reduce equipment downtime and minimize costs.- Manage maintenance budget.- Applies and review indicators applicable to the maintenance area (DOWN TIME, MTTR, MTBF, and UPTIME).- Support meeting all of the criteria identified in the MESH Process, through genuine safety culture.- Drive continuous improvement efforts through the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma Tools- Maintain the quality systems to achieve compliance with TS 16949, ISO14001 and maintain certification.- Participates in the planning and implementation phase of the capital expenditure process with emphasis on safety, environmental and operational focus.- Develops and executes s**Qualifications**:**Educational level **required.**- Electronic, Automation, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar bachelor's degree.**Years and area of experience **required.**- 3 to 5 years' experience in a supervision position.**Technical knowledge**- TPM and manage maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF AND UPTIME)LI-MB2**Skills**:**Soft skills**- Strong Process oriented.- Project management experience preferred.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Project Management & Presentation Skills.- Problem Solving Methodologies and Statistical tools including: SPC, 8-D, A3.- Ability to direct and lead cross-functional process improvement teams.- English Language preferred.
