Descripción del empleoSupport the Production Managers/Production Segment for daily management tasks in the shop floor for multiple production lines.Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the members of his team, with the purpose of fulfilling production plans, reaching goals, using the methodologies joined to the LSW (Leader Standard Work), as well as CBS methods (TPM, 5S, etc.).Ensure proper running and goal achievements of responsible area.Ensure quality, safety, productivity, and cost awareness for the area of responsibility.RequisitosEducation, based on local requirements; High school or technical degree completed or comparable. Ideally further education/secondary degree existing.Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or in a related industry.
