Important company in the food manufacturing sector requests:**_SKILL REQUIREMENTS: _**- Engineering: Bachelor's degree.- **100% English level**- Operations: Requires operations experience, either in manufacturing or logistics.- Languages: Must be fluent in Spanish and English.- Change Management and Org. Effectiveness: Serves as a change agent by facilitating business critical change according to uncertain environments and situations.- Business Partnering: Provides problem solving consulting and strategic plans to fulfill fundamentals; serves as a coach to the team.**_Key responsibilities: _**- KPI Fulfillment through KWS structure.- Participates in the analysis and special projects execution to improve the plant KPI´s.- Responsible of safety seven for Gemba walks, verify in direct reports compliance in all policies, programs and participation in all activities oriented to the prevention of injuries, illness and environmental sustainability, modeling safe behaviors, aligned with K-values, accountability and the believe that all injuries can be avoided.- Responsible of GEMBA walks and GMP Audit execution. In case of the identification of any food safety deviation, it has the responsibility of the report and follow up the corrective action.
