**What You Will Do?
**The EM Sr. Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for Lead External Manufacturing sites and Collaborate with Internal Supply Chain Partners (i.E., Production Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, etc.
), in order to deliver safe, reliable, high-quality products for our patients at a reasonable cost.Key Responsibilities**:- Champion process improvement and manage the challenges which may impact production and implement innovation that improve production capabilities and CIP projects delivering competitiveness to Kenvue products manufactured in EM's.- Work preventively with External Manufacturing and Suppliers to avoid lack of material and ensuring Supply Chain reliability.- Responsible for overall manufacturing of existing and newly developed products in compliance with all regulatory and QSR requirements in an efficient manner and in accordance with planned budget.- Own New Product Introduction process with EMs; Plan and direct NPIs with key internal customer alignment, lead Kenvue/EM resource meetings and ensure successful NPI launch.
**Qualifications**:**What We Are Looking For**Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree is required.
(Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field preferred)- 6 years of related experience is required.- Experience working in/supporting Manufacturing Operations.- Strong analytical aptitude & competence, project management skills and prior experience leading cross-functional projects.- Be a demonstrated self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable presenting across functional levels.- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and teamwork skills.- Able to prioritize requests and propose effective cost/customer service alternatives when necessary.- Intermediate English.Desired Qualifications:- Experience in a GMP environment is preferred.- Prior experience in handling suppliers with external manufacturers
