**Objective**The Operations supervisor will contribute to create an alignment with the operating structures of the different plants in Mexico, promote improvement projects with greater impact, guarantee the transfer of knowledge in the arena systems, support the sustainability strategy of the businesses in the area.**Main Responsibilities**- The supervisor must maintain his work staff which must meet the requirements for each position.- The supervisor together with the assistants and team leaders must identify and develop the necessary skills of the personnel under her command to fulfill each of the functions of the SQDCME.- Have control of the compliance of the personnel in terms of work roles, punctuality, and attendance, as well as the control of the captures for the fulfillment of the payrolls.- Ensure compliance with production schedules as well as HVVC process standards and standard procedures, to ensure product quality.- Monitor and ensure that staff understand and comply with HSE regulations, standards, and requirements.- Take care that the assigned budget is properly managed to have good control of the department's expenses.- Request and follow up on the necessary maintenance of the equipment under their responsibility, to have maximum performance and productivity.- Generate and request training programs and/or updates for the development and growth of the people under your charge.- Work on the development and generation of projects that generate a benefit of savings for the department and the organization.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's degree- ISO14001- HSE- Office handling- Quality Systems- Personnel management, leadership and decision making.- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
