**Your Job**
The **Production Operations Supervisor** will collaborate with the team to challenge the status quo and propose and implement innovative strategies to enhance the efficiency in our plant in **El Marqués, Querétaro**.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead and promote a safe operating environment and eliminate risks to ensure well-being of employees and uphold our commitment to sustainability.
- Drive the advancement of Principle Based Management Culture by inspiring employees to a contribution mindset, fostering an open environment and helping them develop based on their comparative advantages.
- Lead the operation process and ensure adherence to procedures and quality management system to drive operational excellence.
- Design and execute research projects and develop proposals for improvements in processes, equipment, devices, methods, and manufacturing times to ensure business transformation.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and proactively implement improvement actions to ensure the successful attainment of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Accountable for ensuring and enhancing productivity, while proactively suggesting improvements to propel continuous advancement.
- Employ strategic economic thinking to make prompt and impactful decisions to enhance the profitability of our business.
This position works Monday to Friday.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Experience in production process management
- Expertise in leading and developing teams.
Knowledge of Industry 4.0
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
- Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Knowledge of Quality and Lean Tools (Dispersion, Histogram, PDCA, 5W2H, 5'S, Ishikawa, Brainstorming, etc.)
