Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong ability to smooth warehouse operations.**II.** **Responsibilities**:- Create KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the warehouse operation of Human resources, Materials, and machines.- Receipt of materials in correct amounts according to invoice- Register the materials received in the system- Store received materials in their correct locations- Maintain physical inventory according to system- Planning and coordination of daily cycle inventories- Delivery of materials to packaging according to maximums and minimums- Packaging of materials in quantities and quality according to customer orders- Final inspection of the packaging of materials according to quantity and quality of each customer order- Palletize shipment of materials according to customer orders- Creation of documents for shipment of customer orders- Truck loading with materials to send customer orders- Coordination of the raw material receipts area and the MRO in the plant, keeping a KPI of pending receipts, as well as discrepancies- Analysis of the production plan for each of the areas of the company. To plan the activities per week of the warehouse staff- Supervision of warehouse personnel, including their development and training- Security, cleaning, organization and distribution of the warehouse (Lay-Out)- Shipment of the finished product, as well as follow-up of the guides until arrival at their destination- Coordination of movements (imports-exports).
