Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwideIn this position you will manage all the manufacturing activities for a project(s) of an EPU (Elementary Production Unit) including the responsibilities linked to the position as hierarchical manager for all the operators of the manufacturing organization who belong to the EPU.**In this position you will**:- Perfom Industrialization activities.- Be responsible for requests for training & qualification of operators, requests for hiring (internal, external, temporary), requests & requirements for sub-contracting- Be responsible for the industrial process Hand-over from PME to manufacturing- Be responsible for the operators training (covering manufacturing & self-inspections)- Assign task to operators,- Perform optimizations of the workstation/work center using of APSYS Tools- You have a Technical Degree / Bachelor degree- You have 3 years of previous expierience in a similar position- You own experience welding process and MIG, TIG streightening process.Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility.
