Coordinate and manage human resources and equipment for one or more shifts for one or more production lines in accordance with corporate objectives, procedures and standards in order to ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing operation, promoting teamwork and collaboration. continuous improvement to meet daily, monthly and annual safety, delivery and cost goals.
Role Responsibilities:
- Safeguard the physical integrity of people in accordance with the organization's guidelines to eliminate the occurrence of incidents and risks of greater impact.
- Guarantee monitoring of the procedures of the environmental management system to comply with the requirements of ISO 14001.
- Guarantee monitoring of the quality management system procedures to comply with the requirements of IATF Nom 16949 and client.
- Ensure the execution and production of each order in a timely manner based on the daily schedule defined by the production control department to meet customer demand.
- Manage human, material and equipment resources, according to the budgets defined by the organization to achieve financial objectives.
- Guarantee compliance with the productive level (PPH) through the different production equipment and tools established to achieve production programs.
- Comply with the personnel incident activities established by the organization in order to guarantee the correct payment of your payroll.
- Monitor the personnel development process through the ILU system in order to achieve the necessary skill in production processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as manufacturing supervisor
- Industriale Engineer or related career
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industrial engineering tools (example measurement of time and movements, core tools)
- Continuous improvement tools (Kaizen,Smed,VSM,A3,Ishikawa,8D)
- Inventory management tools (SAP, Oracle)
- Tools for production control and measurement (OEE, Hour by hour, andon system)
- Knowledge and management of standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001)
- Knowledge of industrial safety tools and standards
- Microsoft Office package - medium level
- Knowledge of personnel incident control (ERP personnel administration)
- Knowledge and management of KPIs of the area
- Knowledge of tools for quality management
