**Resumen: See below Responsabilidades**:**RESPONSIBILITIES**: Plan, organize and direct all production operations to meet established schedules and objectives. Supervise Inventory Control, Scheduling. 1. Direct all production operations to meet established schedules and objectives. Cooperate with other departments to get the plan, material supply and manpower to meet the production objectives 2. Implement, develop, and maintain the Kanban system, sheet metal manufacturing plan, reduce internal material shortage. Arrange the units shipment to meet the customer requirements. 3. Recommend improvements in production operations regarding material movement, standard work time, manufacturing methods and procedures. 4. Recommend improvements in production operations regarding material movement, standard work time, manufacturing methods and procedures. 5. Improve, maintain the housekeep system in workshop. 6. Cooperate with Engineering department to completed the new units integration project. Arrange the efficient operators over time working to meet the production requirement 7. Improve, maintain the operation of tools management system. Direct the production department to assure fair and consistent discipline within department, and maintain high employee morale. REQUIREMENTS: - Have proven management/organization ability and good interpersonal skills. - A working knowledge of Hussmann products and operation. - High school degree at least and more than 3 years manufacturing supervisory experience
