Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position
- English intermediate
- Lead team through daily activities and responsibilities and assist everyone where needed
- Be able to problem solve quickly and effectively
- Maintain fabric inventory and keep systems up to date
- Understand and implement the cutting process
- Train new employees to understand and replicate the cutting process
- Maintain equipment
- Enforce safety requirements
- Basic knowledge of Gerber Accumark system for marker making, plotting, and cut planning.
