Role Responsibilities:

- _ Coordinate and manage human resources and the team of one or more shifts for one or more production lines in accordance with procedures and standards._
- _ Ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing operation promoting a lean manufacturing culture, teamwork and continuous improvement to meet daily goals, monthly and annual safety, deliveries and cost._

Minimum Qualifications:

- _ Bachelor´s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, chemical or related engineering._
- 3 to 5 years as production supervisor
- Language English Intermediate
- _ Knowledge of industrial safety tools and standards._
- _ Knowledge of personnel incident control (ERP personnel administration)._
- _ Lean manufacturing: 5S, knowledge and shedding of seedling, GEMBA, Scaling process, Kaisen_
- _ Continuous improvement tools._
- _ Tools for production control and measurement (OEE, hour per hour, andon system)._
- _ Experience using problem solving tools, A3, Ishikawa, why-why, etc_
- _ Knowledge and management of standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001)._
- _ Management of KPIs in the area, production control, scrap, WIP control_
- _ Knowledge of tools for quality management. Scrap, PPM,_
