Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.Role Responsibilities:- _ Coordinate and manage human resources and the team of one or more shifts for one or more production lines in accordance with procedures and standards._- _ Ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing operation promoting a lean manufacturing culture, teamwork and continuous improvement to meet daily goals, monthly and annual safety, deliveries and cost._Minimum Qualifications:- _ Bachelor´s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, chemical or related engineering._- 3 to 5 years as production supervisor- Language English Intermediate- _ Knowledge of industrial safety tools and standards._- _ Knowledge of personnel incident control (ERP personnel administration)._- _ Lean manufacturing: 5S, knowledge and shedding of seedling, GEMBA, Scaling process, Kaisen_- _ Continuous improvement tools._- _ Tools for production control and measurement (OEE, hour per hour, andon system)._- _ Experience using problem solving tools, A3, Ishikawa, why-why, etc_- _ Knowledge and management of standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001)._- _ Management of KPIs in the area, production control, scrap, WIP control_- _ Knowledge of tools for quality management.
