**EMPRESA IMPORTANTE****Solicita**:**Supervisor de Produccion****Descripción y Requisitos****Supervisor de Produccion****Position Requirements**:- Supervise and control the productions lines in order to reach the goals for quality, delivery on time and cost.- Balance lines according Takt Time.- Establish goals for operators by day and hour based on demand and make sure are met- Ability to encourage workers to work as team and support to fix problems (leader)- Coordinate action plan for improvements and avoid recurrence of problems- Support to analyzes and document problems solving methods and/or helps operators in solving such problems.- Suggests changes in order to increase the efficiency in the manufacturing lines- Lean Manufacturing knowledge.- Bilingual English/Spanish (orally and writing)- Engineering degree (preferred)Puesto: Produccion - Supervisor**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
