V. Specific Duties
- Supervise production system. Coordinate and effectively use different resources to meet targets on: Safety (incl. environment), Quality, Delivery and Costs, through the elimination of different types of waste. Follow up on production supervisor's activities.
- Resource coordination, follow up, and execute production plan
- Tracking, follow up and drive improvement activities that improve productivity
- Estimate, follow up, request, and forecast needed dHC for its area of responsibility
- Review, follow up and execute disciplinary actions
- Safety, quality problem solving with root cause analysis and elimination of risks.
- Ensure proper operational controls based on EHS standards: environmental risks, waste (hazardous and nonhazardous), water and energy consumption.
- Fulfill production plan quantity and sequence to achieve customer service level according to the TPT targets by process with the expected quality and productivity.
- Daily Leadership Routine as a tool to follow up topics and work according to standards
- Continuous improvement activities based on BPS principles; as well as drive and participate in new standards introduction and stabilization.
- Coordinate available resources for planned downtime based on preventive, corrective maintenance, layout changes, new process/products introduction, trainings, and cyclic inventories.
- Plan and execute direct associates' evaluation, as well as development strategy for them.
- Coordinate, facilitate and train direct associates in improvement projects.
- Participate, mentor and sponsor improvement projects as part as its direct associates' development (Step-Up, Problem Solving, 5 Why's, S-CIP projects with use of A3)
