- Pneumatic, Electrical and Controls diagrams interpretation
- Work under APU (Autonomous Production Units) structure reporting directly to Manufacturing side.
- Execute test runs, validation, sales and special orders.
- Design of tools and devices to improve operations, work methods and detection systems.
- Lead in the review of PFMEA, PCP, PFD and Standard Work documents.
- Participate in the MQ1 and MQ2 evaluation (Team validation).
- Reduce waste in materials, process and resources.
- Focus on MEIT activities, with a concise and quick ending, as well as assisting their meetings by providing new ideas.

- Assistance, participation and support to Fast Response activities / Systematic actions
- Always without exception, use the Change Request (CR) process to implement any changes to the validated manufacturing process
- Analysis, evaluation and improvement of the statistical control of the process.
Minitab required
- Keep updated the maximums and minimums of equipment replacement.
- Comply with and follow up on the environmental guidelines, policies and procedures, related to the activities of its operation.
- Use the 8 disciplines of operation.
- Use the organizational communication systems continuously with the support areas.
- Provide support and follow-up to the IATF Quality, Environmental and Internal Control systems applicable to your area and specific function.
- Show by example a positive attitude and teamwork.
- Work under pressure, focus on system solutions
- Management of investment projects for process improvement
