What will you do?
- Being involved with the planning, coordination and control of the electrical and mechanical assembly process and that each of the projects are produced efficiently in time with the cost and the requested level of quality.
- Identifies the performance of collaborators and motivates them to achieve goals, identifies training needs, plans staff vacations periods.
- Identifies, with the EHS department, potential risks in the execution of activities in the production areas, and implements action plans to eliminate potential risk situations.
- Take care of productivity and Quality, ensure that each collaborator is carrying out the tasks assigned in the time established for the task, ensure that meal times, meetings, active breaks, etc. are carried out at the time agreed.
- Ensure that each process complies with Quality of excellence and not allow to go to the next stage if a non-compliant situation is found, when an improvement plan is identified and talk with the staff to eliminate the problem.
What will you need to succeed?
- 2 to 3 Years of experiene as production supervisor
- Bachelor as Industrial, Mechanical or related
- Lean Manufacturin knowledge
- Kaizen Knowledge
- 6S´s Knowledge
- SAP knowledge
