Supervisor De Producción

Position Responsibilities:- Responsible for leading and motivating the efforts of the personnel in charge to achieve production objectives.- Responsible for promoting and actively participating in work groups, order and cleanliness, 5S, Safety and Hygiene and in each of the company's strategies and efforts.- Responsible for identifying and providing staff with the necessary training for the performance of their duties.- Responsible for the generation of production reports, graphics of the area (G-mac) as well as monitoring of the documentation of the area.Required Qualifications:- Wide and demonstrable technical and strategic knowledge as Production Supervisor. - At least 3 years of experience.- Highly motivated, that understand Automotive Quality Process.Methode Electronics es una empresa que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
