Supervisor De Producción

Supervises and coordinates the production of assembly and packaging, depending on the production orders, allocating the necessary resources to finish them in the time required according to the production standards, with the quality required by our customers and at the cost established by the organization. All this, respecting procedures, work instructions, quality plans and ensuring that workers have the necessary resources (Machines, Tools, Safety Equipment, training, etc.

**Requirements**:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Engineering or other professional career (Electric, Electronics, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechanical, etc.).
- Intermediate Management Skills.
- Experience in the production side of ERP systems (SAP).
- Between 3 and 5 years in the implementation of production programs and in personnel supervision.
- Knowledge of ISO/13485 Quality Standards.
- Knowledge of product plan interpretation.
- Knowledge of statistical control of the process.
- Knowledge and handling of measuring instruments.
- Knowledge in 5's and LEAN principles.
