Supervisor De Producción

As a production manager, you'll be involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. You'll make sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.**Responsibilities**:Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule; Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlinesEstimate costs and set the quality standards; Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.Ensure output meets quality standardsEnforce health and safety precautionsIdentify training needs.Supervise and motivate a team of workers; Report to upper managementBachelor's degree.Mínimum of 3 years management experience in manufacturing, production, restaurant, hospitality, retail, etc.Leader & Personal skillsProblem solvingTeamworking skillsStrong decision-making skillsEffective communicationTime management skillsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 a la semanaHorario:- Turno de 10 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Producción: 3 años (Deseable)
