**What you will do**:- Implements production and large-scale manufacturing procedures in a production environment in order to optimize processes and meet regulatory requirements.- Scale-up and troubleshooting for equipment and systems.- May establish operating equipment specifications and improve manufacturing techniques.- May assist with resolving technical issues, as well as maintenance of production equipment.- May review existing operational and process discrepancies in manufacturing and provide technical expertise to improve procedures.- Providing guidance, such as delegating work assignments to direct employees.- The job is responsible for providing training for members of the team, monitoring the quantity and quality of the work in progress, coaching employees on performance and contributing to employee pay decisions or changes.
