Education**:Engineering, Administrative, Technical Career (High School) or experience can substitute education**
Experience**:In medical product preferably, but not essential.

General roles and responsibilities:
1.
Follow up on compliance with the production program.
2.
Manages the resources to comply with the Production Program, establishing priorities with the planning department to comply with the budgeted program in a timely manner.
3.
Ensure compliance with the standards and quality system established by the company, making use of good manufacturing practices and documentation.
4.
Measure, analyze, improve and control key production metrics such as quality, efficiency, availability and waste.
5.
Efficiently manages the human capital in charge, to meet the different needs of the business, aligning with the established budget
6.
Participate in root cause analysis and solve problems derived from Quality Notifications.
7.
Responsible for monitoring the closure of Quality Notifications to release the material involved.
8.
Supervises the execution of Shift Start Meetings (SSU- Shift start up meeting)
9.
Coordinates that the production of products is in accordance with the applicable manufacturing procedures within the DMR (MFG, GID, Assembly Drawings, ATP, SPP, Pks, SWS and Layouts), ensuring the correct filling of the documentation applicable to each process.
10.
Participate in the Daily Accountability Meetings to present results obtained and action plans.
11.
_Track the report hour by hour._
12.
Participate in shift start-up meetings.
13.
Achieve the Objective of the KPI's performance indicators.
14.
Contribute ideas and solutions to problems through proposals for improvements.
15.
Controls inventories and consumption of materials and supplies required for operations.
16.
Participates in the realization of inventories when required.
17.
Active participation in the development of Continuous Improvement events as a promoter of continuous improvement.
Participates in the follow-up and fulfillment of CAPA system activities.
