Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.Role Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage human resources and the team of one or more shifts for one or more production lines in accordance with procedures and standards.Ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing operation promoting a lean manufacturing culture, teamwork and continuous improvement to meet daily goals, monthly and annual safety, deliveries and cost.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor´s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, chemical or related engineering.3 to 5 years as production supervisor.Language English Intermediate.Knowledge of industrial safety tools and standards.Knowledge of personnel incident control (ERP personnel administration).Lean manufacturing: 5S, knowledge and shedding of seedling, GEMBA, Scaling process, Kaisen.Continuous improvement tools.Tools for production control and measurement (OEE, hour per hour, andon system).Experience using problem solving tools, A3, Ishikawa, why-why, etc.Knowledge and management of standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001).Management of KPIs in the area, production control, scrap, WIP control.Knowledge of tools for quality management (Scrap, PPM).Preferred Qualifications:Language English Advanced.Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated.Communication skills.Ability to influence others.Drive for results.Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
