In this position you will manage all the manufacturing activities for a project(s) of an EPU (Elementary Production Unit) including the responsibilities linked to the position as hierarchical manager for all the operators of the manufacturing organization who belong to the EPU.
**In this position you will**:
- Manage manufacturing activities.
- Be responsible for requests for training & qualification of operators, requests for hiring (internal, external, temporary), requests & requirements for sub-contracting
- Be responsible for the industrial process Hand-over from methods to manufacturing
- Be responsible for the operators training (covering manufacturing & self-inspections)
- Assign task to operators workload
- Perform optimizations of the workstation/work center using of KPI´s
- Line balancing
- Engineering degree
- 5 years of experience
- You have previous expierience in a similar position
- Welding Process -GMAW, GTAW
- Spot welding
- Symbols
- English basic
