Supervisor De Produccion (Extrusión)

**In this Role, your responsibilities will Be**:- Production control.- Measurement of indicators, such as; productivity, quality, downtime of your shift.- Filling out reports.- Tracking and troubleshooting- Focus on training and development of human resource skills.- Development of standard operations in assembly production lines and use of Lean Manufacturing in production cells.**Who you are.**- Is effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.- Develops others through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments.
