Supervisor De Producción Smt

Completion of a College Diploma or University Degree in technical, manufacturing, engineering or related field required. Combination of relevant experience, certifications and other related factors may replace completion of full educational achievements
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- US visa
- 3+ years of successful leadership experience in a manufacturing setting required
- Demonstrated technical depth and managerial skill to address production issues and resource prioritization
- Experience in manufacturing in EMS and/or a mid to low volume electronics OEM desirable
- Good knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes including PCBA (SMT/Through Hole), Systems Level Box-Build, and Test Methodologies
- Good knowledge and understanding of ERP systems
- Experience, knowledge and understanding in Lean Manufacturing and 5S implementation and maintenance
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 13485 Quality systems and ESD control
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a proven track record to put ideas/proposals across to others effectively
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proactive and good team player
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
