Job DescriptionAs a Supervisor I, Lodging, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of personal service workers within our organization.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of personal service workers, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.Communicate effectively with team members to establish a clear understanding of job expectations, performance goals, and procedures.Assist in the hiring and training of new staff; provide ongoing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve issues, which may include guest complaints, staffing challenges, or maintenance concerns.Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to maintain a high level of service quality.Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.Maintain a positive and professional environment to ensure a high level of employee morale and guest satisfaction.Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive and provides exceptional service to our guests.Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.Work ExperienceRequires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor.Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.Has 4 to 5 years of work experience.EducationHigh School Degree or equivalent is preferred.Combination of education and experience will be considered.CertificationsCertifications may be required or preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
