**Descripción y Requisitos**

**Job Summary**
- Responsible for assisting the HR Manager with all activities related to HR to support the organization, including recruitment, training, organization development, employee relations, compensation initiatives and HR measurements in purpose of supporting the Juarez, MX plant.**1.
Education level required**:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field.
Master's degree preferred.

Years and area of experience required**: +5 years' experience in Human Resources.
- **3.
Technical knowledge**:
Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong leadership, coaching & influence management skills.
- Superior knowledge of the HR function and significant experience with organizational effectiveness.
- Knowledge of US & Mexican Labor Law preferred.
