This position is also responsible for leadership of programs and policies around associate/labor relations, compensation, benefits management, communications, associate development, leadership, and organizational development.
Experiência y requisitos
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant maquila working experience. - A bachelor's degree in business, HR, Psychology or a Behavioral science is required, or an equivalent combination of similar education and practical experience. - Advanced working knowledge of associate recruitment and selection. - Advanced knowledge of positive associate relations principles and practices. - Advanced knowledge of labor relations. - An understanding of quality systems thinking with a proven track record of proactive interventions. - Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining working relationships. - Excellent written and oral communications at all levels (Guide/Mentor). - Ability to plan, implement and drive the project work of teams and self with measurable results. - Supervises the day-to-day administration of the Human Resources office (personnel recordkeeping, insurance, attendance, payroll changes and monitoring, performance appraisals, associate health, etc.) - Time availability - Advanced English Skills Conversational and written English at 85% - Advance knowledge of Excel ( Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.) - Excellent skills on time management and multitasks - Leader on development and follow up of motivational, and communications programs - Proven experience on retention programs (Turnover) - Proven knowledge of TRESS system
