Descripción genérica del puesto Responsable de las actividades enfocadas a la motivación del personal encaminadas a mantener un ambiente laboral positivo y de las Relaciones Laborales dentro de la compañía.
Responsabilidades: Atención al personal.Realizar eventos y reconocimientos al personal por diferentes motivos.Sueldos y salarios a nivel operativo.Reposiciones de Gafete como identificación personal.Manejo de aspectos laborales de los empleados.Llevar el control de amonestaciones y sanciones al personal.Elaboración de cartas, IMSS, INFONAVIT y personales.Control de llamadas a personal operativo.Llevar estadísticas del departamento.Realizar los tramites necesarios para los empleados que requieren salir de la planta.Elaboración de reportes al corporativo.Seguimiento y supervisión de los servicios a los que tiene derecho el personal.Responsable de la organización de los diferentes eventos para el personal.Cumplir con política, normatividad y procedimientos de seguridad aplicables.Cumplir con el mantenimiento y actualización de las políticas y procedimientos de Copeland.Cumplir con los aspectos legales del área a su cargo.Revisión y entrega al departamento de finanzas movimientos de personal.Revisar y procesar los datos del sistema rh/nominas con el sistema de IDSE y mantenerlo en tiempo al IMSS.Programar los servicios para visita (transporte, comida, etc).Enviar listado para transporte de tiempo extra de segundo turno entre semana al proveedor de transporte.Mantener actualizado el sistema de RH WorkDay y hacer cruce con el sistema TRESS.Contestaciones a diversas auditorias (Responsabilidad Social, ISO 9000, y Gubernamentales).Revisión diaria de comedor y atención a quejas.Mantener actualizados los soporte para auditoria.Autoridad: Toma de decisiones en materia laboral, Autorizar requisiciones de comedor por tiempo extra, Programación de eventos, responsable de los servicios que se proporcionan a los empleados, administración de sueldos y salarios de personal operativo, movimientos de nómina.
Requerimientos básicos: Carrera terminada preferentemente Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Industriales, Administración de empresas.Cinco años de experiencia en posición o actividades similares.Conocimiento y manejo de legislaciones aplicables (IMSS, INFONAVIT, LFT, etc.).Trabajo en equipo.Habilidad para comunicarse en inglés.Liderazgo.Manejo del Office.Comunicación Efectiva.Habilidad en Manejo de Conflictos.Requerimientos deseables: Bilingüe 100%.Maestría Terminada.Our Commitment to Our People Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
