Supervisor De Tool Shop

The tool shop supervisor will be responsible for the tool shop area administration, includingmaintenance checklist documentation, and internal and external audits attendance.Responsibilities:Provide daily supervision and support of employees in the respective work cell(s).Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.Ensure applicable product quality, product safety, and workplace environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) requirements are met.Use specialized tools and machinery (CNC milling machine, manual lathe, manual milling machine, and surface grinders).Experience utilizing TIG, MIG, and stick welding processes.Experience with CAD/CAM software.Experience working with tolerances for dimensional/geometric and surface specifications provided on drawings, sketches, and work cards.Experience operating overhead crane and follow movement of material.Improved machining processes and procedures on close tolerance automotive parts, generating 100% customer satisfaction and zero defects in machining.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multifunctional teams in a global environment.Qualifications:3 or more years of experience in the tool shop area.IT knowledge: MS-Office, SAP TI3.SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.Analytical skills for problem-solving techniques.Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills, both internal and external.Willingness for intercultural cooperation.Self-dependent, structured, and analytical.Statistical analysis knowledge.#J-18808-Ljbffr
