Estamos buscando un Supervisor de Ventas experimentado para liderar y gestionar un equipo de representantes de ventas con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos y metas de ventas.
Este rol implica entrenar, capacitar y motivar al equipo de ventas para maximizar su rendimiento e impulsar el crecimiento de los ingresos.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESResponsabilidades Clave: Liderar y supervisar un equipo de representantes de ventas.Proporcionar orientación, apoyo y mentoría a los miembros del equipo.Fomentar una cultura de equipo positiva y colaborativa.Establecer objetivos y metas de ventas para el equipo.Monitorear y analizar las métricas de rendimiento de ventas.Implementar estrategias para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas.Realizar sesiones de capacitación para el equipo de ventas para mejorar sus habilidades.Proporcionar coaching y retroalimentación continua para mejorar el rendimiento individual y del equipo.Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave.Resolver las quejas y problemas de los clientes de manera oportuna.Colaborar con los equipos de ventas y marketing para desarrollar estrategias de ventas efectivas.Mantenerse informado sobre las tendencias de la industria y los competidores para ajustar las estrategias en consecuencia.Preparar y presentar informes regulares sobre el rendimiento de ventas a la gerencia.Proporcionar ideas y recomendaciones para mejorar.Colaborar con el departamento de finanzas para gestionar y asignar eficazmente el presupuesto de ventas.Participar en el reclutamiento y selección de nuevos miembros del equipo de ventas.Integrar y capacitar a los nuevos empleados.Dirigir las actividades de gestión de la fuerza laboral y establecer objetivos y metas de rendimiento en consecuencia.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS¿TE PREGUNTAS SI ERES UNA BUENA OPCIÓN PARA ESTE PUESTO? Experiencia mínima de 3 años en ventas o 2 años en gestión de ventas.Título de asociado y/o experiencia laboral relevante.Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación e interpersonales.Experiencia comprobada en ventas, con un historial de éxito.Conocimiento de técnicas y metodologías de ventas.Pensamiento analítico y estratégico.Experiencia previa en un rol de liderazgo o supervisión.Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo e interpersonales.Conocimiento superior de herramientas y tecnología de centros de llamadas utilizadas para gestionar KPIs y SLAs.Capacidad para responsabilizar a los miembros del equipo por su rendimiento laboral, incluyendo la adherencia, los KPI y los procesos.Poseer habilidades efectivas de resolución de conflictos (tanto conflictos con clientes como con agentes).Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Office, incluyendo Outlook, Excel, Word y PowerPoint.Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.Capacidad y entusiasmo por aprender nuevos productos y sistemas.Capacidad para leer y hablar inglés con fluidez.CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENTAll MCI Locations Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.Subject to the program and location of the position Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis job operates in a professional office environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
