As one of our five cornerstones, this means that we go all-out to create an environment where people choose a lasting career because Reser's care about their personal development & safety, and deliver a rewarding work experience.This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervises and coordinates the receiving and storing of finished goods.Contacts carrier representative to arrange and issue instructions for delivery of materials.Assists shipping employees with the loading of trucks as needed.Implements changes to processes and procedures to increase efficiency.Maintains an organized and clean work area.Assists in the raw materials warehouse as needed.Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items, and equipment that are at the facility.Job Specifications3+ years warehouse experience is required.High school diploma or equivalent is required.Forklift experience is required.Basic PC skills are required.The position will be required to perform basic math.Excellent oral communication skills and leadership ability.Experience supervising other employees is preferred.English/Spanish bilingual is preferred.Working ConditionsWarehouse environment.Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages up to 50 lbs. is required.The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 0°F to 110°F.This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.Recipe for SuccessReser's is the leading provider of fresh refrigerated deli salads, side dishes, and prepared foods for the supermarket, club store, and food service industries.
