Essential Responsibilities Manage and lead the continues improvement of the ESH management system in placeDevelop, implement and manage ESH programs, policies and perform assessments to ensure the facilities under responsibility are in compliance with all applicable legal requirements and ITT-IP ESH standards Identify unsafe acts and/or conditions in order to implement actions to prevent damage to people, facilities/assets and unwanted impacts to the environmentMaintain ESH certifications, leading and assisting internal and external auditsCoordinate with LAR ESH Manager and Local Leaders to maintain policies and procedures, and deploy new ESH initiativesMaintain and upgrade the emergency response plan and related resources according to the Business Continuity PlanDevelop and assure the accomplishment of ESH training programs to promote adequate risk management and the correct application of established controlsCoordinate with suppliers and customers all ESH analysis required by local authorities.Prepare and perform ESH reports on a timely manner Position Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positionBachelor degree: Industrial, mechanical, chemical engineer or related field Doctor (desirable)Additional requirements: English level – Medium.
Be familiar with ESH Mexican legal requirements.
Be familiar with ISO 14001, 45001 and 52001 systems
