**Resumen de posición**:You will bridge the gap between technology and employees by being the end-user change management liaison between product managers and markets to ensure people-oriented change management practices are developed and employed that understand and address market and end-user needs to:- Delight our receivers every day by improving their experience- Minimize disruption and resistance- Drive adoption of technology and increase value received of technology investments- Enable new ways of working- Enable better individual and organizational performance**Un día en la vida de...**:- Work closely with the various businesses of Nestlé, to understand how the modern workplace solutions (Microsoft 365, MS Teams, Mural, One Drive, Sharepoint, Power Platform, and collaboration and facilitation best practices) can bring value to them, and drive strategic discussion to assess needs and opportunities- Create tailored change-management and adoption plans and conditions for smooth transitions, so that employees can willingly adapt to new ways of working and new technology- Identify key stakeholders and ensure that appropriate communication, training and coaching are in place for them to support and embrace the change- Measure the impact of the strategy and monitor adoption; ensure actionable insights.- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring around adoption and change-management practices to IT product managers and senior leadership, to increase their effectiveness in driving sustainable change of behaviours**Lo que te hará exitoso**:- Advanced knowledge of change management principles, industry best practices, project management, organization practices, business culture(s) and business transformation- Comfortable providing vision, feedback and direction to stakeholders, across cultures, geographies and organizational units in a global environment with in-person and virtual teams- Applied knowledge with the ability to understand and articulate the complexity of business processes, and build/develop/support practical communications and change management plans based upon those needs- Being a good communicator in all aspects: listening, writing and presenting to a variety of levels in the organization and in English to explain technical concepts and technologies to non-technical audience, effectively influence without direct reporting line of authority, and be skilled at facilitation of meetings, workshops, and learning sessions- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills with a drive to achieve ambitious performance objectives and quality standards- Strong levels of curiosity, creativity and willingness to do proactive research and personal skill-building
