**Opportunity**
BASIC FUNCTION
Under the supervision of the Materials Manager, this position is responsible for co-ordinate all
Shipping activities in regards to servicing Intrerplants and direct customer requirements; Keeping
Interplant SAP data base updated, preparing all Custom documents as well as all Import/Export
activities for the Company.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Interplant Shipments:
Create the Shipping Purchase order, delivery's and complete all shipment process in SAP,
maintaining audit process in SAP verifying that all delivery's are PGI and keeping physical
inventory of FG matching to SAP.
2. Direct Customer Shipments:
Review Customer open orders (SAP Transaction MCSI) and Run the report S530 open order
snapshot and according at the requirements we update the inventory of IC Store and request to
Kohler load planner release the shipments in SAP and we print the pick list and start with the
loads, sent instructions to the Carrier for delivery the products.
3. Inventory Management
Support physical inventories, inventory adjustments in SAP, cycle counts and consistency of
SAP Transactions.
4. Coordinate all Import/Export activities:
Supervise the backflush report every 2 months and load it into the SAT web site in order to
accomplish with the IVA certification AAA, that Sanimex received from the Tax credit for the
temporal importations of raw materials, components and machiney.
Exportations documents for Northbound Shipments ( Finish Goods )
Supervise movement of empty/loaded trailers within Sanimex facility.
Supervising maintaining all import/export data in the Maquiladora software
Supervise preparation and presentation of Maquiladora reports, import permits, licenses, and
cull disposal reports to Mexican Government authorities.
5. Custom Broker activities: Supervise all Import and Export activities processed through the
Custom Broker in all crossing points used by Sanimex as well as reviewing their invoices.
6. Others: Air, Railroad, Ground Carries; coordinate activities as per needed on a daily basis.
7. Comply with the Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities established for this position (See

**Skills/Requirements**
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Preference Bachelor degree
EXPERIENCE:
Preference minimum four years' experience in import/export activities.
FORMATION:
Preference deep knowledge of Mexican international trade legislation. Preference English spoken.
Highly competent user in Office and ERP systems.
