We are excited about the opportunity to work with you and glad you want to be part of a team of talented individuals who together can change the way the world communicates.Req ID : 73375Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesInstall new equipment and evaluate its functionality.Develop procedures, manuals, and documents that help to describe and improve processes.Prepare maintenance daily and weekly activities reports, and metrics follow-up.Collaborate with suppliers FSE, get support in equipment repair.Manage tactical day-to-day and long-term strategies aligned with KPIs to reach and exceed goals.Lead maintenance engineers to assure high equipment availability.Follow up on metric downtime and action plan implementation to improve time.Experience and RequirementsEngineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or equivalent experience.Experience in personnel management.6 years of experience in maintenance areas.Experience in automation and control, dark factory, and automatic vision systems (AI and Machine learning).Effective collaboration skills to motivate and influence others, act as a change agent.Knowledge and experience in Continuous Improvement, and/or Six Sigma (desirable).Results-oriented, self-motivated, understand and apply emotional intelligence.Leadership skills, decision maker, and hands-on leader.English (80% written and spoken).Valid US Visa to travel.Ability in handling maintenance documentation.Adaptability to change and guide with leadership.Effective written and oral communication skills.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Technical CompetenciesManagement of computer equipment and systems.Knowledge of automation.Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and electromechanical elements.Teamwork.Statistical knowledge.Skyworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer supporting diversity in the workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
