Facilities Management Specialist (Fleet management)Job DescriptionGeneric Job Summary:* Responsible for Vertiv's internal fleet* Supervision of fleet repairs and claims* Generate and authorize invoices for packages shipped by employees* Coordinate and schedule courier deliveries* Generate and monitor capture lines for fleet payments and needs of the human resources area.* Responsible for Wework and Vertiv issues* Fleet repair in all locations where vehicles are available.* Support to the HR area in the requirements of the area.* Coordination of delivery of sensitive parcels in the metropolitan area.* Supervision and coordination of reception staff in the Wework office.Responsibilities:Authorization of invoices and follow-up of payments from HR agencies and providers.Generate savings in the vehicle fleet and for the HR area.Control the costs of fleet repairs.Generate work strategies with Wework.Coordinate messaging and manage the expenses generated.Creation, application and update of the car policy.Review of the regulations of each state for the correct application of the same in each place that has company cars.Education & Certifications:Bachelor's degree in administrative areas (Required)Brigade Certifications (Desirable)Mechanical knowledge (Required)Knowledge of insurance (Required)Insurance certification or license issued by the insurance company (Desirable)Requirements:Office system management.Know how to drive a car.Have strong business relationships with assemblers, workshops, and car agencies.Extensive knowledge of procedures for cars, messaging, travel (everything related to ticket emissions and lodging).#J-18808-Ljbffr
