OVERVIEW Guarantee compliance with foreign trade operations in accordance with Mexican legislation and international treaties, optimizing operational processes and ensuring the continuity of certifications (OAS, SECIIT, VAT/IEPS).
This role will serve as a liaison between the operational team and management to implement strategies that improve logistics efficiency and correct customs execution.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy and Management Supervise and coordinate foreign trade operations, ensuring that they align with the company's objectives. Support in the design and implementation of strategies for the optimization of logistics and customs processes. Ensure compliance with current certifications (OAS, IVA/IEPS, SECIIT), including internal and external audits. Monitor and evaluate the area's performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Operations and Compliance Manage the correct tariff classification of goods, verifying descriptions and harmonized codes. Supervise the preparation and review of motions and related annexes (24, 30). Coordinate the import and export process of materials and finished products, ensuring the availability of documentation in a timely manner. Follow up on procedures before the SAT and customs authorities, ensuring the legal possession of merchandise. Collaboration and Leadership Serve as a liaison between the team of supervisors and management, communicating operational and strategic needs. Train staff in customs regulations and internal processes. Represent the company before authorities when necessary, guaranteeing a professional and collaborative relationship. Special Projects Lead continuous improvement projects such as Kaizen implementation or digitalization of processes in SAP. Participate in the definition of material management strategies to avoid saturation of warehouses and yards. What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Bachelor's degree in International Relations/Foreign Trade or Logistics with at least five (5) years of relative experience. Experience in direct contact with a customs broker. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent coaching and communication skills. Basic knowledge of CTPAT/OAS. Anexo 24 Management. Internal customer service. Import/export/virtual operations. Lean Standard Work Experience. Able to tackle complex problems. Bilingual - conversational. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP.
