**Mission**:
Strategic planning of necessary capacity for the transportation of vehicles between NMEX Plants and Nissan Dealers. Balancing of operations according to BP aligned with regional wholesales and daily vehicle shipments.
Maximize the use of Nissan Own Fleet, with the installed transportation capacity:
High flexibility
Dynamic flow.
Risk condition.
Quality claims.
According all the necessary resources for the NMEX Fleet to operate in the best way under the budget processes, policies and guideline of the company and its relationship with dealers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generation of strategic planning based on the daily Shipping Plan.
- Review of equipment returns and availability to load.
- Periodic reviews of NOM's and federal transportation regulation. (Update)
- Generation of standardization processes (Periodic reviews and update).
- Establish administrative processes with quality and safety standards.
- Staff training and development.
- Supervise the functions and operations of Plant A1, A2, Civac with control KPI's.
- Development of supervisor and field administration role.
- Project development and execution.
- Preparation of service justifications. (Fuel, toll, certificates, maintenance, leasing, office, cleaning, tracking) with financial validation and purchases.
- Confirmations and validations of services in NMEX Systems (Preparation).
- Drivers travel expenses management.
- Integral maintenance administration of the Own Fleet.
- Deliverance and accreditation of property on behalf of NMEX. Teams with incident before the authorities.
**Job Knowledge and Skills**:

**Years of Experience**:
- 3-5 Years in Logistics

- Industrial Engineering, Logistic Engineering, Administration.
